All of our press on nail sets are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products we sell. Please contact us with any issues with our order so we can do our best to rectify the situation.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our press on nail products. Should you encounter an issue with our products or services, please use the contact form or send us an email. We want to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their orders.

When will I get my order?

All of our custom order slots open on Mondays at 8AM EST. We accept 20 custom slots each week; however, customers are able to order sizing kits, ready-to-ship sets, solid set, and chrome, or cat eye gels sets at any time. All orders are shipped that Friday. Processing time is 5-7 business days.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
